Originally developed through a European Union ICT-PSP initiative and now continued by the non-profit organization LLM Care. It is an evidenced based program created by the Laboratory of Medical Physics and Digital Innovation at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece.

The physical componed is aligned with the recommendations of the American College of Sports Medicine and is specifically designed to support healthy ageing.

  • Individuals with mild cognitive impairement (MCI)

An additional advantage is its flexibility. The program can be implemented in:
